General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lump below knee level may have various reasons. It may be a fat collection.

It may be due to a collection of fluids. It may be some inflammation plus pus.

So it's better to have a proper diagnosis by a near doctor. Start hot water soaking for the relief of pain and swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
